Today’s guest has been delivering on those promises for nearly two decades.
Josh Fraughton, a renewable energy veteran, has worked for some of the titans of the industry and his twenty years of solar experience has been on the bleeding edge of solar O&M. A few years ago, Josh noticed that it was nearly impossible for solar professionals to be proactive with O&M, because the supply chain was so backwards. Maintenance professionals would spend their whole careers putting out fires and waiting around for parts they needed from backed-up orders. So Josh founded R7 Supply, a venture so immediately successful that he scaled and exited within 18 months.
