James is one of the early drivers behind the development and launch of PowerHub: a simple, cloud-based Asset Management solution designed to help renewable energy asset owners manage their projects.
When I met James down in Chile last Fall, it became clear to me that he is a consummate biz dev professional, a really insightful, thoughtful and conscious questioner who seemed to always be focused on better understanding the needs of the other person in the conversation. That, for me, is the sign of a great salesman as well as a leader, so I asked James if we could do an interview about his thoughts on customer development.
