Peter Lorenz has been the CEO of Unirac Inc., a leading manufacturer of solar mounting solutions, since 2011. With over 20 years of experience in the electric power and renewables industry, he has held leadership roles at Quanta Service (PWR), McKinsey & Co., and Royal Dutch Shell (RDS). In addition to his professional achievements, Peter is a founding board member of Solare Collegiate Charter School, a middle school in South Valley, NM, and he is the immediate past Chairman of the Board of Directors at the Greater Albuquerque Chamber of Commerce. Peter's educational background includes a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from both Middlesex University (United Kingdom) and FH Reutlingen (Germany), as well as a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School.

A 10-year industry veteran (and a solar owner himself!), Spencer spent five years at Synapse Energy Economics before joining EnergySage, providing environmental, economic, and policy analysis for public interest groups. Spencer has degrees in Environmental Studies and Hispanic Studies from Brown University.

Matt Huston was born and raised in Lafayette, IN. As soon as he could drive Matt started working for the family business, Huston Electric, as a truck driver delivering material to jobsites. Matt graduated from Indiana University-Purdue University (IUPUI) in 2012. He started his career at Huston Electric as a Service Manager in Huston’s Lafayette location. Over the years Matt has built countless relationships and has risen up the ranks to Director of Electrical Services to now President of Huston Electric. Back in 2019, Matt had the foresight to build a solar division for Huston Electric after seeing the opportunity in Indiana with evolving interest in solar. Huston Solar is now a thriving division for Huston Electric with solar solutions for residential, commercial, and industrial markets. Huston Solar has become one of the local solar experts in the region and has helped facilitated training opportunities for union electricians to learn more about solar energy along with informing the community about this everchanging technology.
